Staff registration for Summer 2026 will open January 20 -March 31
Camp Dror is an intense and dynamic work environment. We are committed to choosing an outstanding staff to create the best summer camp experience for our campers. Our counselors need to be highly motivated, filled with ruach, commited to making a fun and safe experience for our campers by putting camper needs first, and serve as role models to our campers in their commitment to Torah and derech eretz.
If you arrive at camp with these ideals in mind and a great attitude, you will have one of the most fantastic and unforgettable summers of your life!
All applicants must currently be in tenth grade or above.
Applications are due by March 31, 2026
After receiving your application, we will send you an email regarding interview dates.
Returning staff are not required to interview or provide references, but they must submit an application.
Returning staff members can log in to their existing account and add an application. New staff members must create an account and wait for account approval before adding an application.
