We understand that the first sleepaway experience is a big step — for campers and for parents. Dror b’Ktana provides all the excitement, friendships, and ruach of Camp Dror within a program thoughtfully tailored to younger campers.
What Makes Dror b’Ktana Special?
🌿 A Smaller, Supportive Framework
Bunks in Dror b’Ktana are intentionally smaller than our older divisions, allowing for more individual attention, guidance, and support. Campers are part of a close-knit group with dedicated staff who understand the unique needs of this age.
💚 Full Camp Experience
Dror b’Ktana campers participate in swimming, sports, creative activities, evening programming, and special events — all adapted to be age-appropriate and confidence-building.
🌟 Building Independence — Gently
We focus on helping campers develop independence, responsibility, and resilience in a warm and nurturing environment. Our staff are experienced in supporting younger campers through homesickness, social growth, and the transition into camp life.

Dror b’Ktana is not a “mini camp” — it is the beginning of a Camp Dror journey. Campers feel the energy, excitement, and community that define Camp Dror, while still receiving the extra care appropriate for their age.
Logistics & Program Details
Dates: July 26 – July 30, 2026
Cost: 1,800 NIS
• Space is limited on each campus.
• Bunks are smaller than those in older divisions to ensure a more supportive environment.
• Campers will meet at one central pick-up location on July 26 (final location will be determined based on camper registration).
• Dror b’Ktana campers will return home together with the older campers on July 30.
